Michael Loerts, a partner/owner, resides near Humboldt, IA. He received his BS Degree in Business Administration and Psychology in 1970 from Mankato State University. He was employed by Crawford and Company as a field adjuster in 1971, he served as a staff field adjuster for State Auto and Casualty from 1972 until 1978; he then purchased an established Crocker Claims office in Fort Dodge, IA and operated that office until 1989 and then in 1990 the Crocker Claims Service of Northwest Iowa partnership was formed. Then in December of 2008 Iowa Claims Service was founded. It was at that time that multiple office locations were formed across the state of Iowa. Mr. Loerts is proficient in handling multi-line claims and he has been a career adjuster with expertise in all lines of insurance coverage. |

Eric Loerts, a partner/owner joined the firm as a field adjuster in 1994 following his graduation from Iowa Central Community College with a degree in Law Enforcement. He attended the Vale Institute with respect to their course in casualty adjusting. He then became a partner in Crocker Claims Service of Northwest Iowa in 2004. Mr. Loerts specializes in handling commercial and homeowner’s property claims, auto and heavy equipment appraisals, as well as commercial and homeowner losses.
